Yes, we have all the items listed on our website in stock and they are ready to ship. Sometimes, there are overwhelming amount of orders where we do not have enough of stock to fulfill all the orders. In this case, we will fulfill orders in the order we received. Any of the goods that are missing from your order will be notified immediately.
Yes, we can ship internationally. However, only the serviceable countries are shown during the user sign up process. If your country is not listed, please send us the inquiry and we will review the possibility. Also, please be advised that courier, delivery and freight charges, custom duties and an all other taxes and charges in your country are to the account of the buyer for all international orders.
As soon as order is shipped out, you will be emailed with tracking number that you can track it online.

  • Return request is reviewed by supermargins.com.
  • Request for return is shared with the merchant for their action.
  • After approval, pickup of the product is arranged through our logistic partners.
  • If our reverse pickup service is not available on your address, we will ask you to dispatch the product.The delivery charges will be reimbursed by our sellers.
  • After the product is received, it is verified against your claim. Replacement or refund is initiated after that. Replacement would depend on the stock availability.
  • Time frames for refunds on returns are typically from1 to 3 weeks from the time a request is raised. Exact time would depend on the nature of the product and your location.

CHECKLIST

  1. Please make sure that products are returned with the tags and the packaging intact, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Refund/replacement shall be issued after a thorough quality check of the product(s).
  2. All the products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills and labels.
  3. Please register your dispute within 3 days of receipt of the product. Disputes registered after 3 days of delivery will not be entertained by sellers.
  4. Please include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product when returned.
  5. Under Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.
  6. Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an exchange by our Logistics team.
  7. In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
  8. If you self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
  9. If you self-ship your returns, your shipping costs would be reimbursed subject to your return having met our Returns and Exchange Policy and the image of the courier receipt is shared by you and validated by us.
  10. Please check MOQ at time of cart this is a wholesale website and all quantities are bought and sold on minimum quantity policy.
The payment process happens in two steps. First, there is "pre-authorization." This is the amount shown during the checkout. We will then prepare your order and make any necessary adjustments to your final total and "capture" the actual amount of total due. This captured amount is what we are putting on your credit card and it is usually less than pre-authorized amount. Pre-authorized amount is pending transaction that will be removed from your statement shortly.
We will ship all the orders on same day if the order is received before 11am PST. If your order is held back for any reason, we will contact you why. The transit time will be based on your shipping address zip code. (usually 2-3 business days, 4-5 business days, 6-7 business days , 8-9, business days, in area where standard logistics service is available) some time it may take longer than the stipulated time due to unforeseen condition including weather conditions etc at the logistics company end.
